Vinification:
The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented separately in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Fermentation is interrupted at the ideal point to preserve a touch of natural sweetness, followed by gentle maceration and a period of maturation in oak. The result is a wine of deep ruby color, offering ripe berry and dark-fruit aromas wrapped in soft, rounded tannins, with a smooth, well-balanced finish.
MLF (Malolactic Fermentation):
Conducted after complete alcoholic fermentation.
Vineyard:
Vineyards of red wine varieties are located on clay forest soils rich in iron.
Recommendation for use:
Serve at 16–18°C to bring out its full bouquet. Its gentle sweetness and supple tannins make it especially welcoming alongside grilled and roasted meats — lamb, beef, and game — as well as hearty stews and barbecue. It pairs naturally with the rich, spiced flavors of Azerbaijani and Mediterranean cuisine, and rounds out beautifully with mature, full-flavored cheeses.
Storage conditions:
Store in ventilated, odorless rooms excluding exposure to direct sunlight, at temperatures from +5°C to + 20°C with a relative humidity of 85% max.
